Robert M. Young Online Writings'Sabotage: A Spanner in the Works'17K Some academics involved in libertarian left politics in the 1960s and 70s became deeply immersed in the theory and practice of the labour process and the use of labour process analysis in left strategies, in particular, ways of intervening in the labour process in ways which were subversive of the authoritarian structures throughout work and society. I wrote this review as a part of my own work on labour process theory and had scientific and technological workers in mind. It appeared in The Leveller No. 5, April/May 1977, p. 21. |
